Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for any event hosted by Indalo Inclusive South Africa NPC ("the Event"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Right of Admission

• Approval Process: All registrations are subject to review. Indalo reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its sole discretion.
• Notification: If your registration is rejected, the system will send you an email notifying you of the decision with the attached reason.

3. Venue Access and Ticketing

• Entry Codes: Approved attendees will receive an email containing a unique QR code and/or access code.
• Gate Verification: You must present your valid QR code or access code upon arrival for digital verification. Entry is subject to successful code validation.
• Right of Admission: Indalo reserves the strict right of admission and may refuse entry to maintain event safety, prevent overcrowding, or enforce compliance with event policies.
• Security: Entry codes are strictly non-transferable and issued for individual use only. Duplicate, altered, or fraudulent codes will not be accepted.

4. Liability and Indemnity

While Indalo takes reasonable measures to ensure a safe event, attendees enter the venue and participate in the Event entirely at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indalo, its directors, employees, and venue partners will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during the Event.

5. Photography and Media Consent

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photography, audio, and video recording may occur. You grant Indalo the right to capture and use your image, voice, and likeness in marketing materials, social media, and future promotions without compensation.

6. Code of Conduct

Attendees must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Indalo reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules.

7. Event Changes or Cancellations

Indalo reserves the right to alter the Event format, schedule, or lineup due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
